Clearance Items are excluded from our 14 day return period and can only be returned for faults within the stated warranty period.
Products marked for clearance normally meet one or more of the following descriptions;
GRADE A;
grade A products consist of items meeting the following descriptions,
- Opened Box - as new condition but may be missing accessories (screws, allen keys etc)
- Damaged box items - products where the box may be damaged or not original but the product is ok
- New but end of line or older stock, box may be opened
GRADE B;
grade B products consist of items meeting the following descriptions,
- Slightly damaged - scratched or scuffed casings etc but does not affect performance
- Demo Stock - used as a demo unit may have scratches and scuffs but works well
